Some things only work in English, are just born this way or to be found in the net in English only. So we better get used to it with the same and open a window for itself.
By the way: There are good things about Germany, too. About four. Those meters of Autobahn still without speed limit, beer, bread aaaaaaand the language (as a written phenomenon, but to listen to it or break tongues).
